Hi! I’m Michall J Medina, Accelerated Transformation Expert and founder of Wholistic Co-Creations.
MY STORY
As a child I was a total over-achiever and a people-pleaser.
Not because this was my nature, but because I grew up with emotional and physical abuse as a child. I felt like I desperately needed to get the acceptance and approval of others in order to feel safe.
I didn’t know how to accept who I was, didn’t know I was responsible for my own experiences, didn’t know how to love myself fully…
Eventually, this backfired, which led to a downward spiral of anxiety and suicidal depression.
I knew I needed help, but traditional ways of thinking didn’t offer any real solutions. And so I dove into research in attempt to find the Truth, the root of my unhappiness…
My search for healing led me to discover and open up to deeper levels of spiritual awareness.
I could feel a much larger reality, connecting the “small human me” to the “larger Divine me.”
Through this understanding, I was able to transform myself out of struggle and confusion into clarity, purpose and inner strength.
I left my corporate engineering job to follow my passion of helping people.
Through my expanded understanding of Self and Spirituality, combined with my analytical mind and capacity to comprehend and break down complexity into a step-by-step methodical understanding, I answered my higher calling of serving in this expanded way.
See, most mindset coaches do not provide you with the foundational structure you need to actually build your own understand of reality. I do.
I always wanted to put together components like the conceptual understanding, step-by-step strategy, and higher wisdom embodiment – because these together are what I see works most effectively in transforming one’s confidence, beliefs, and experiences into a harmonious and empowered life.
